    Dr. Victor Cheung has been working in the Human Resources Management field for over 25 years in various industries and multinational companies.  He was Corporate Director - Human Resources and Admin. of Lee Kum Kee; General Manager - HR and Admin. of Shui On Land (based in Shanghai); and Human Resources Director of Coats China.

    While Dr. Cheung is a generalist in human resources management, he is also specialized in the function of employee relations, the "soft" side of the people management.  In his career history, he successfully changed and improved the management-employee relations; people development; internal communications; corporate cultures; core values; employee motivation; employee participation; etc., in addition to building human resources policies, procedures and systems, in the companies he worked for.
